So, recently, I've noticed that the images in my bio and my forum signature broke, which is strange, because the formatting should be correct.

Things ive noticed:

1. I checked a few forum posts I made previously and all pictures are broken.
2. None of my pictures in my bios are broken, with caveats.
3. I tried to add two different pictures to two separate bios and neither of them worked.

It can't be the image hosting, because all pictures I've posted have been cnn discord app attachments I've opened in my browser, and if that were really a problem, my dragon bios would be broken too.

One of the pictures I've recently tried to add was from the same image url source as all of my others, didn't work, but one of the other images was being hosted on an actual image hosting website and it didn't work either.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? (I'm using the correct img tags)

@EYESEARING it is indeed the image hosting. Discord is not an image host, was never intended to BE an image host, and has recently made good on their announcement (a few months back) to remove the ability to display images offsite. you'll have to rehost them elsewhere. here's a recent thread discussing some options.

I switched to filegarden for the images in my bio/sig and they work again!

If discord is really the problem, that's strange how all of my dragon bios are in tact. I guess I don't want to jinx myself with that, ha.

The other image hosting site I had an image on must've not worked either, because I switched it from post image to filegarden and it's working now. Thanks again!

@EYESEARING glad you got it sorted! i checked the first few dragons in your lair and none of their Discord images are showing up at all. if you're still seeing them, it's most likely due to browser caching rather than Discord selectively cooperating.
