TOPIC | Search for dragon by date?
I feel like I've been on the site long enough I really should know the answer to this but oh well. Is there any way to search for a dragon by the day they were hatched? I'm wanting to find dragons born on a specific day but not sure how to go about it. The most I could narrow down in the search function yielded 600k+ results which is.. daunting to go through. Is there a way to search by date that I'm just not seeing? Or a way to get close to a specific date maybe through like dragon IDs?

@TheParamoreVeil not directly, no. best you can do is find unexalted dragons with nearby dates and start manually narrowing down the IDs from there. (you can also make a thread in Find A Dragon, but there's no guarantee people with dragons on that date will see it.)

once you have a decent range narrowed down, you can pop open a search in the AH, set the dropdown to 50 dragons at a time (provided there's at least that many results and you're not looking for something super specific gene/color-wise), and Ctrl+F for "#" plus the first two or three digits in the ID(s). that should help you page through the listings quickly and easily.

if AH doesn't pan out, and if it's close to either end of being either "most recent" or "oldest 8-digits", Dragon Search should also be an option if you sort by one if the ID Highest/Lowest First options and just page over until you hit the right range. it does cap out at 500 pages of results though, so you might need to narrow results a bit if you end up pushing it (ex. excluding progens, and/or setting it to only adults or only hatchlings, or looking through one flight at a time, etc).
