Rule clarification- violence and gore | Help Center

The rules currently state the following -

Quote:

Any reference to violence or injury must be in line with existing Flight Rising lore. Content focused on slavery, child abuse, excessive violence/gore, or communicates intent to commit a real-life act of violence is not allowed.

This also includes using dragon names, account names, dragon biographies, clan profiles, clan broadcasts to promote or display information like the above, up to and including real world tragedies, criminals, and genocide. (2019-08-23)

however, I was wondering if I could have some clarification on what counts as excessive? I ask as I've been contemplating changing my signature to a gif from the animated critical role intro, but I don't know if "excessive gore" refers to basically any and all gore ever, or if it would be alright (as I personally wouldn't consider it gorey in the slightest).

I don't even see any blood on that so I imagine it would be fine, however you would have to send in a ticket to get a definite answer from staff since players aren't really equipped to answer these kinds of questions.
