What should I do if I believe myself and other users were scammed in a raffle post? Is there anything that CAN be done?

Open a support ticket and provide as much info as you can

To add on to this: you won’t get anything back, no matter what you do, from the scammer. Opening a report will have the effect of penalizing them, if the FR support team decides a scam was committed.

Thanks for the information everyone! I alone didn't lose much other than a little bit of treasure. But there were a LOT of entrants.

Without revealing details, why do you believe you were scammed? Were prizes not distributed?

For a couple of reasons:
1. The games that were supposed to be played were not played. For example, the first game was to be played a week after the slots filled. The slots were filled, and the game was never started. There were three active games waiting to be played.
2. prizes for bumping were distributed (to my knowledge), but not for the actual raffle itself.
3. The player disappeared in the midst of the raffle. And has not posted in the thread for 9 months. Truly, it seems as though the player has disappeared all together with no activity of FR for quite a few months.
I'm not so sure that "scam" is the best term, but a great many people are out treasure or festival currency. If it was just me that was affected, I wouldn't care. But again, multiple others.

Yup, that’s definitely not cool. The only redeeming factor here is that individuals haven’t really been hit too hard, but you should definitely turn in a support ticket to the staff. It’ll hopefully prevent any more bad behavior.

You never know, the user could have left FR for any number of reasons without meaning to scam anyone. What use is FR currency to anyone not playing for 9 months?
More likely something has happened to them in RL or they would have been back on in that time.
