I have a team of level 8, 10, and 17. Whenever I complete an area, I don't get any EXP. I've just been in the scorched forest so far. I'll try the others.
here's proof:

You need to be in a venue that is no more then 5 levels lower then your highest level dragon (in this case the level 17) in order for any dragons to gain experience

Xp gain is determined by the highest-level dragon in your team, and you can only gain xp give levels down from that level. So with that team you'd have to go to Forgotten Cave or higher, which is not recommended with your current stats. It'd be easier to take the low-level ones and an extra and level them closer to the lv17 before continuing with the original team.
As for the stats, Coliseum really doesn't like generalists. I'd really recommend using a Tincture of Dissolution and restatting the dragons either according to
Sedona (no elim) or
Culex (elim) levelling guides.
A Newbie's BASIC INTRO to the Coli is also a good resource, and once you hit lv25
Maki’s Guide has stats for those.
On the image, it looks like it's on your computer and not online? You have to upload images to a site (imgur is popular) to be able to share them.
