Best places would be the Mire or Ghostlight in my opinion. Not only will you get all the coli drops (plus a chance of eliminate in the Ghostlight), you can also level 2 fodder dragons at a time for bonus treasure.
If you need builds, I recommend these 2:
Mireflyer I will always be an advocate for 119 str 70qck 16vit builds
Anticitank My favorite Ghostlight build. I'd definitely recommend the Redfoot variant as that's the one I use.
And if you don't have access to eliminates. The Sedona build can help you out.
