Very sorry about the delays everyone. Looks like purchases made past 15:39 server time of March 16 are currently pending. Our programmers are looking into the issue right now.

Please be assured that we do have logs of all of the purchases. Once we resolve the issue, we will make sure that you are credited all of the gems you purchased.
