@Rebdomine There is no way to change a dragon's gender. :( If the gender is for lore purposes, I know a lot of people just ignore the gender and just write the lore for the dragon they have. If it were for breeding, you'd probably be better off finding a dragon of the same or similar colors, but look for the other gender, which sometimes isn't easy.

No, it's one of the game's limiting factors. You can change a dragon's gender in lore, but not for gameplay.

Thanks, but now I'm confused why you are all referring to it as gender. Sex and gender aren't exactly the same thing.

It's because a lot of people want the dragons to be switched for lore reasons, and a lot want them to be switched for breeding reasons.
Gender would apply to the for former, sex to the latter. Since people often conflate the two, and you didn't say whether it was for Lore or Breeding, some users default to gender. You can already change the gender, just ... ignore the pose and symbol. As for the sex ... no, that's static.
It's been suggested many MANY times, but since it's one of very few truly random, uncontrollable aspects of breeding, it's never been implemented and is frequently met with oppposition.
