As far as I know, no. The only way to have a chance at 5 eggs is to breed two different types of dragons, and then I believe it's purely up to chance.

ScoutSue, there aren't any secrets to getting five egg nests, they're a pretty uncommon occurrence (only a 5% chance)! All you can do is keep trying to breed two different dragon breeds together and hope you get lucky.
Fertility stones are just a trinket, they don't have any real effect on dragon fertility. ^^

You are most likely to get 3 eggs when breeding 2 different breeds, but 5 egg nests are possible only with 2 different breeds.

I got my first five egg nest just a couple of weeks ago (I've been playing since October) and my best friend (who joined in April) got 5 eggs for her first nest! I was so jelly.
Just keep breeding those mismatched dragons and you'll get one eventually!
(The lure of 5 eggs are why most of my pairs are coatl/wc)

is it really that rare to have five eggs? it keeps happening for me 0-o could it be because they're not "rare" dragons but more common types? my guardians and tundras always have a lot together...
