They're not derpy or poorly made in the way bootlegs usually are, but I believe the company that made these, Olyfactory, are known for producing bootleg pokemon stuffed toys? Either way, they're illegal, unofficial, unlicensed merch.

I nabbed the images from google, but I do have one of each of these and I adore them!

I never realized it before, but I actually own one of these! Not Spyro/Cynder, but a Feraligatr. Kinda surprising how professional these plushies look.

I own this Absol that I’m pretty sure is from them as well. I got him from a flea market some time ago. He’s just a little bit derpy but I still like him a lot!

@Xela that Cynder is amazing. I would kill for a Cynder plushie <3
Growing up dad would sell things of questionable nature. Namely bootleg toys as they were common at the time (no internet to have easy access of what the items should actually look like-especially as these were relating to anime that were only now hitting the US) He had a ton of bootleg Sailor Moon, and for the longest time I had some bootleg Sailor Moon figurines (Mercury, Mars, Venus, and Jupiter, I'm sure) I don't have any images of them on hand, but for some reason Jupiter was pink instead of green, and they all had shoddy black eyes and ok-ish paint jobs. (they were little figurines, not dolls)
Also can't find photos of the one thing dad sold that I remember the most. I'm 90% sure this was a Sailor Moon bootleg as well- it was a plastic pink purse with a picture (I think it was either heart, flower, or crescent moon shaped) of a doll. The doll had big blue anime eyes, and blonde hair up in Serena/Usagi's bun pigtails, and seemed to be wearing a white dress similar to Future Usagi/the Moon Queen (I forget her name I'm so sorry!!)
I also found a little baby book (the kind that's soft for them to chew on) that had a bootleg Wigglytuff on it. Sadly this was long before I got a phone (let alone phones having cameras and internet access) so I have no proof of it existing :c

At most, this bootleg figure looks exactly like the image of Wigglytuff. The book was blue and white, so Wigglytuff had a white outline and blue insides- no white belly at all. I was tempted to buy it but didn't as I figured dad would mock me for it for a loonng time.. It was at a used/unwanted stuff store, which had several bootleg items (such as fake Monster High when it got popular)

One time during an easter egg hunt one of the prizes were bootleg Pokemon figures. I don't think I have any on me, unfortunately. :(
