Plain ol' chocolate ice cream, though I barely ever eat ice cream these days.

Lemon, but it has to be natural sour flavour, not the chemical weird fake lemon. Chemical lemon tastes like the smell of window wash fluid.
Same with Mint, natural mint ice cream is yummy. Chemical version = toothpaste flavour.
Dark chocolate ice cream is also good, but I often get disappointing sweet milk chocolate ice cream which is just coloured dark.
Walnut and Maple syrup with deep smokey aromas are rare finds, but both can be absolutely brilliant.
Honorable mention to: Mango, Raspberry, Coffee, Liquorice, Apple cinnamon
EDIT: Also, for some reason, homemade banana ice cream. Even with clumps. And I don't even like bananas 0.o

* Chocolate in general is nice, I even tolerate cheap tasting chocolate ice creams
* CORE ICE CREAMS, aka those what have thick substance - usually caramel - inside them
* Vanilla, but I haven't touched it in some time so I don't know if I like it anymore or not
