I still play Neopets though I haven't been as involved as I used to be. My main account is ezel68.
On that account I have:
Narineth the white Skeith, the pet I've owned the longest. I adopted him from the Pound as a blue Skeith with starter Battledome stats several years ago, and since then I've trained him up substantially. He's one of my most spoiled pets.
Skerrit the Halloween Ixi, a more recent addition. I quite like Halloween Ixis and was able to get her through a morphing potion. She's named after the god of centaurs and satyrs in the DnD Forgotten Realms setting.
xweetok_uchiha_00 the Pirate Xweetok, whom I adopted from the Pound with exceptional Battledome stats. Level 50-ish and all his stats in the even 100s. He became my secondary Battledome pet, and I've written a number of Neopian Times stories about his escapades as a Defender of Neopia.
Zaffy1743 the UC Darigan Scorchio, whom I adopted from the Pound in March 2010. I was taken aback when I saw her while Pound surfing, and even more surprised when I was successfully able to adopt her. She's the only UC I've ever owned and the only one I plan to own. Getting a UC nowadays is nigh impossible.
Zombovi the Halloween Elephante. I fell in love with Halloween Elephantes when they first came out but I was never able to get my hands on one, until the fifth pet slot opened up. Also the Halloween PB is super expensive, and since Hallo Elephantes are so rare, I wasn't able to adopt one from someone else.
Other pets of mine I quite like:
Mitatron the Starry Lutari, who lives on my labbing account. I am the sort to zap pets into a desirable color/species and then rehome them, and Mitatron was to be one of those pets. But on Christmas Day 2016, she zapped into a Lutari, so I just had to keep her.
Nachtlich the zombie Blumaroo, my first real crosspaint customization. He's Zombie/Royal and boy howdy was that expensive. But dang if he doesn't look good.
