I didn't really play pokemon a lot (by that I mean I've started Sun, and almost finished Sapphire. Yeah.), but I still have a pokemon who's the love of my life, my Mighthyena named Akita. She was the very first pokemon I caught, so of course I had to grow attached to her...
So, yeah, no doubt, my pokemon partner would be her.

But, in real life, through many moves and fun, is a little painted owl.
