Disclaimers

• I am currently only comfortable with drawing furry characters (felines are my specialty!). I can draw anthro, but I'm rusty with it, and my art may reflect that.
• I have difficulty drawing clothing, and my art may reflect that.
• These will not be shaded unless I feel like it. You will be provided with a flat version if I decide to shade.

Rules

• Payment comes after I complete your commission.
• I will send you a watermarked version of your piece for approval through PMs, and then you will send payment. Once I've received your payment, I will send you the full, un-watermarked piece!
• If you do not pay, you will not be permitted to commission me again.
• I will not draw NSFW.
• I will not draw humans, monsters, or robotic characters at this time.
• I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
• This list may be updated as time goes on.

Terms of Service

• Commissioning me is an inherent agreement to my Terms Of Service.
• I own all of my artwork and reserve the right to use said artwork to advertise my commissions and projects.
• I do not accept refunds at this time.
• You are allowed to use commissioned art from me for personal projects, profile pictures, etc. You may edit my art as you'd like, but please keep it recognizable & still credit me.
• Using my art for commercial purposes is not permitted. If this is what you are interested in, please let me know ahead of time so we can work out a different contract.
• Please credit my toyhou.se (Average) when using my artwork on public medias. (Not crediting on private messaging platforms when using as an icon is fine.)
• Do not claim to have created any of my artwork. Do not trace or copy my artwork in any way.
• This is subject to updates & changes as time goes on.
