I've been on Neo for... forever. My account says 13 years but I've been on there longer... maybe 16? I don't know.
Anyway, I don't know much about the whole dressing up stuff and was pretty bummed with the whole converted pet thing but thankfully my Darigan Ixi is still unconverted. I love her.
I haven't touched anything on there except to collect my daily bank interest.

ayyy, neopets. call me a veteran of that site. my current account has been around since 2013, but I've been on there much more longer than that. out of all the pet sites I've been on, neo has always been the one I come back to. (though fr might turn out to be a contender lmao)
the main thing I do on there is creating characters for my pet and customization. you can usually find me on the nc boards, bumping boards! I just really love dressing my pets lol, and it's the same here on fr.
my most favorite pet is the ixi. love those lil goat deer thingies. also they got the best colors (maraquan, faerie, uc grey)

YOOOO! If any of ya'll have Premium, there's a new perk! One species change per account per year. If you're trying for some hard-to-get stuff, you can totally do so through this. I just made my Ogrin a robot. It takes a little thought, but it's totally doable. The way the new perk works is that if you have a pet in a certain colour like, say, a gold elephante (what I used), and you try to turn it into a species that can't be that colout (in my case ogrin), you get to pick the colour as well as the species, and there seems to be no limit on which colour you can choose). Note that it ONLY works if you're trying to turn a pet into a species that can't be that colour, so you can't make a Starry Grarrl, for example, into a Robot Lutari. Otherwise the pet just changes species while staying the colour it already was.

I don't know if anyone would be interested, but I wanted to offer here before anywhere else. I have this guy I picked up from the pound the other day and customized to fit his name, and now I'm offering him up for adoption if anyone wants him.

Man, been slowly turning away from Neopets.
With the whole pin fiasco and now this Cryptoquest "event"
I just can't stomach it.
Seems like their floundering to squeeze as much cash
out as they can before it goes under.
Would be a shame too because Neopets used to be
such a big thing for me. :(
