Sleep is so stupid. Get too little of it and you have a headache the whole day, get too much of it and you still have a headache the whole day. Sleep off a headache and you wake up with one, don't sleep off a headache and it just keeps getting worse until it's to the point that sleeping is the only thing that doesn't make you feel like your brain is trying to claw its way out of your skull.
Why do headaches even exist? What purpose do they serve? What could we possibly benefit from these things?
