Revamping the previous revamp of the Baldwin level efficiency guide by @Totsugeki who revamped it originally from @TabbyTomCat
For a guide for people low on resources check out @Arcticfox98 's Guide, it also has the % outcomes when transmuting materials. Green is the most common of Goo, Ooze, and Sludge. Grey Slime and Copper Muck are most common for the slime and mucks.
As a resource I have all of my raw data here in this google sheet should you want to take a look or if I become inactive, more updates come around, and you want a base to start your own sheet.
Warning! This guide is expensive and just assumes you have all the resources needed to brew everything. I'm looking at the raw numbers of experience gained per minute so you get the most bang for your buck in every brew.
If this is too expensive for you I suggest opening your cauldron up to other players for free (minus the mats and treasure cost of brewing of course) so you don't have to spend anything to level. Sometimes the most "efficient" way to level is just to have literally anything in your cauldron at all times.
LET THE GUIDE COMMENCE! If I've gotten anything wrong please let me know!
All material quantities are for a single brew of a given item. Total material quantities for a full 1-27 run are in the second post.
