I got a Discipline from either a Graybeak Reaper or a Carrioncorn:
[item= Deadweed][item= Discipline][item= Shimmering Pinecone][item= Ceremonial Scythe]
And a Meditate from the same choice of monsters:
[item= Deadweed][item= Meditate][item= Humpback Anglerfish]
Tengu Caller drops Shroud.
Longneck Medium drops Scratch.
Tatterwing Carcass drops Mist Slash.
Lux Spectre drops Enamor.
Blazing Slash drops from Nightmare or Carrioncorn (so I'd assume Nightmare).

Got an Eliminate from a pack containing: Lux Spectre, Carrioncorn, Infestation Hound and Pronghorn Stomper, so I'm not sure which enemy dropped it. I want to say it was the Lux Spectre or the Carrioncorn because of the order of the items, but I don't know if that's how it works?
