Per always, I wanted to see how the new festival gene expansion looked on the new additions (and overall bring awareness that we got gene expansions, it's easy to miss). Auraboa hatchling is easily my favourite version of it so far. It makes them look majestic.

I'm overall very confused about the aura f one. Where are the waves even coming from? Side of the head and.. back? I guess they didn't want most of the gene to be covered by the folded wings...

Wavecrest is still my least favourite gene but on Auraboa hatchlings it actually looks really good. So, I agree. It looks great on them!

Won't use it on Boa unless that gets changed/fixed as it just doesn't look right at all to me

But, Auraboas officially have the best Wavecrest imo purely because theirs doesn't look like wingpit sweat! XD

Huh... I'm surprised they didn't make Wavecrest on Everlux go along with the swallowtails they already have on their wings, it would have looked a lot more natural IMO.
Anyways, auraboa hatchling is absolutely adorable. Very lovely. IMO the festival genes are mostly kinda meh, they can be hard to work with, but Auraboa Hatchling Wavecrest is just *chef's kiss* perfect

I scried it intentionally as sweat... and I really really regret making this dragon look like it has human skin. but I chose varnish/coil since it looks like it has trails of sweat. I'm (kind of) sorry
