Swill

She/her

A mysterious merchant, with dubiously sourced goods. She primarily takes requests for items, which she will try to acquire on her travels before returning and selling them to the dragons interested. She does not really have a home lair, being a traveler, and usually just sets up brief dwellings on the outskirts of towns where she is staying.
The large book she writes people's requests down in also contains numerous Wanted and Missing posters for a variety of dragons. When asked about them, she just shrugs and says she's keeping an eye out.

Swill has become relatively wealthy, but is somewhat stingy with the money and always careful to keep it hidden on her person to avoid it getting stolen. She is a serious dragon who never seems to smile, usually having the same tight expression on no matter what is happening. Dragons who have items they wish to sell to her often think she disapproves of their offers for this reason, a notion that she does nothing to dispel, especially as it often causes them to lower the price and accept more bartering.
