for a second the image wouldn't load so I was a bit confused by the ominous post xD

I was about to say that'd be over a 1/100,000,000 chance, but doesn't the random dragon roll through active-ish accounts only?

nah, banned/locked accounts n inactive lairs appear on there all the time. i'd go on a limb to say most dragons that are showcased there are from inactive lairs, actually.
that being said if someone hasnt caught the deities up there before in the 10+ yrs of the site, then I don't think they're allowed to. it's meant to show off player dragons, after all.
