Yes, mostly when I was buying a lot of tickets for the achievements, but I've also won a couple times just buying my standard 100 tickets.

i won an invisibility cloak with 1 ticket before, havent gotten anything big though. but im happy winning at all, i never expect to win anything from raffles lol. most of the time i only put in 1 ticket a week so im at least in the pool. ive only tried buying more tickets a few times for big items

I won for the first time last year. I got the arcane Halo. I didn't think too much of it until I checked for how much they sell haha
But I only buy 10 tickets a week so I don't think I will win anything anytime soon
