I never name familiars, I can't really say why because I don't know either tbh

TOPIC | Do you name your familiars?
Yeah! I always name the familiar and try to name it something that I think that dragon would name their familiar.

Right now I'm only naming one when the daily achievement tells me to xD
But it is my goal that when I've awakened most of my familiars, my permadragons will get perma familiars who will be then named.

I can hardly come up with names for my dragons so my familiars are just gonna have to go unnamed for now.

I mean, I just slap something random on most of the time. Some sound so good I remember them always.
Something like Spooderblub for a spider kettle, Ricecake for a Golden Bantam. Stew, Soup. Chonker. Suckulence. Frederick. SceneQueen. RaveHero. Chomper. Moss. Blanket. Grace. Demigirl.
A few that are currently bonded are unnamed, but mostly I try to name them eventually.

and even when not, it is rather... not really name? just title? for funs that fits with dragon. wolf one being woofer, other is woofette, then pupette. one being oramg, and so on. I think I have some that are just fish and eel

I had a naming scheme going for a while that doubled as a tagging system, so I could search certain phrases and only get certain familiars. But it was too difficult to keep up and adjust so I gave up on it. It also bothers me that the little white page icon doesn't disappear when you name them.
I really wish we could name familiars through the bestiary, then I'd use the feature way more.
