Fade/blend and skink/spinner have the same accents, but I tend to use skink for primaries and blend for secondaries.
I also use noxtide way more than lionfish. (I spam noxtide on everything, but only like lionfish on f nocs and undertides)

Imo Bee is way better than wasp
Butterfly > petals
Constellation > starmap

I like jaguar (on some breeds) but really dislike rosette. also bee just looks so much nicer than wasp

Breakup is far superior to mosaic! One of my favorite genes is breakup but I don't foresee myself ever using mosaic.
I think it's because it's just really difficult to get that much pattern to look anything but incredibly busy. But when it's on the wings, it is less overwhelming and they act as a more aesthetically appealing canvas for such a busy design.

Opposite of some people here, I love trail so much, but i am NOT a fan of pinstripe at all

- leopard is way better than clouded! i really am not a big fan of clouded, but i actually really like leopard in some cases :D
- flaunt/flair are both fantastic but i use flair way more often
- noxtide is great, but i barely ever use lionfish (it's nice but there's almost always a gene that works better lol)
- sarcophagus is amazing and i love it, but i am Not a fan of pharaoh in almost all cases
- tide and foam are both great but i use foam way more often. not as extreme as some of the others though

Vipera is 10000% times better than Hypnotic.
I have Spinner on maybe three dragons, but I adore Skink.
I also hardly use Starmap, but I love Constellation.
And Facet... love that but Crystal is not great (same goes for Metallic and Alloy AND Wasp and Bee... adore gem secondaries so much more)

This is definitely true for me (though I like star/con equally).

tapir < striation
Also I have several dragons with deliberately basic primary, but not so much secondary.
