Maybe I'm a jerk for stealing this idea from another thread I saw, but I did see it and no one had done it that I knew of so....... idk. I looked up some easy generators and made one for generating skin ideas.
It's incredibly basic. But it exists, so we've achieved something.

Feel free to share what you get, maybe it'll inspire someone or just be kinda funny. If there's something you want added also, feel free to request it - I'm only one man, I couldn't come up with every possible aesthetic/theme that exists out there for skins, but I sure did try.

You'll be pleased to know that with some looking around, I was actually able to find the code for a simple palette generator! This is now available in place of the previous color selection. Thank you for the suggestion!

(Heads up, you have a typo- "made from a [breed]" should be "made for a [breed]")
It might be interesting to do a quick search in the Game DB for how many skins each breed permutation has? Then it could also display "Skins for [breed] [gender]s account for [amount]% of skins onsite as of [date you did the searches]", in case somebody wanted to focus on more/less popular posts?
In case you want some data now, here's some searches I just did:
