I say it as"sor-neeth" unless I'm trying to remember how to spell it, in which case it becomes "soar-nee-ith".
P.S. It doesn't actually help with the spelling but I still say it that way.

same. i pronounce it sor-nith in my head, but if i actually say it out loud, its more sor--ni-ith
sor, normal syllable pause length, then i say ni-ith almost as if its one syllable unless i slow it down
