I have this guy with 31.96 meters as well. As far as I know, it is the longest possible that can be.

Not one of mine! Most of my imps are <25 meters, my longest funnily enough being my Sam Winchester fanderg at 31.73 meters

I have one at 31.59 (xxy platinum/orca male in hibden), but he's the largest I've got.

My handsome boy Nactis is just a little shorter than yours at 31.88m! I don't recall ever seeing anyone have an Imp that was longer than 32m.
Aiming for 32 is impossible, the sizes of dragons are totally random within their breed limits as far as I know (so breeding two 31+m Imps together will not always result in a 31+m Imp). And you don't know their true size until after they've come off cooldown the first time, so the biggest hatchling in a clutch won't always be the biggest dragon in the end.
