Yep, can confirm that is a bug. As far as I know, Nocturne either still have that bug or it was fixed at some point, but I know for a fact that Nocturne scrolls would cause that bug on any dragon and make the dragon extremely small after changing. However, I don't treat those sizes as canon anyway
