The color wheel update was super exciting and I will never forget it! Also my first birthday on here (16th) was great too since I got this fabulous dude for a huge discount:

I had been watching that pair for a while and I had saved up 200 gems to buy one of their hatchlings, and then to my surprise they hatched on my birthday and the owner of the hatchery they were in let me have him for ~80 gems I think? It was super awesome

I don't quite think I have the time to invest like that ever again, and with how my equitment keeps breaking down I'm unsure I'd wish to do it again. However I'm overjoyed that even after I came back from my hyatus I see so many notifications still on that thread every time it pops up.

Probably the day I finally hatched the dragon I'd been trying to breed for months.
I was trying to get a Green/Red/White Male Imperial, all green/red/white dragons on the site were related so I had to buy imperials with a massive range and slowly lower it down. The closer I got, the more near misses I had.
After about half a year I finally hatched Hendrix

When Iri/Shi/Gembond was the sheet and every fancy dragon had this cobination and this combination only
Also, I remember getting my first permas and them costing quite a lot while having mediocre colour combos and not even a tert gen lol (still love them though)

Been here 4 years. My favorite memory was discovering that Pinstripe and Trail were uploaded to the site prior to their official reveal, so I spun up a picture guide to it in real time. People were so excited to see it.

Hmmm no idea. But the first thing I remember being really hype at the time was the beastclan update. Memories of the year before that are fuzzy, except maybe when coatls first appeared and I became so convinced I'd never have one I entirely edited the desire to have one out of my brain, and it took me five years to change that.
Uhhh ... First NotN, aka the festival of lag. I was pretty surprised when Baldwin came in. The colour wheel expansion hype was exciting. Um. BotE was too recent to count as something only old players remember?
