I'm working on a drawing, and when I was reffing my friend's female Fae I noticed something odd.


Why does the female Fae have such a.. long neck? How does her head even bend like that?! D:

Yeah, I was confused by the frills for a long time until I realized the neck curled around like that. I'm still not entirely sure how they work...

Well, that explains why females faes always looked a bit awkward to me when I use them in the coliseum and their sprite is flipped/mirrored. Could never put my finger on it.
