Petition to swap Smirch and Runes so Smirch isn't everywhere anymore and Runes becomes dirt cheap and I can easily slap it on everything

I think the issue is that we need more chest/notn exclusive genes to help offset smirch. If you could get a gene and have it be 1 of 3 (so the current chances of smirch would become a simple chance of gene) it wouldn't be nearly as obnoxious
