I think you can look it up and find some decent transparent gifs of them, sometimes the spacing is weird so it may take a few tries. I used to have one but I don't have the image anymore.

distemper I assume pretty much yes, except without all the white space, so that you could put it in at the end of a paragraph and that paragraph would appear to be in the process of being typed.
