Once, many moons ago, the hidden Animai Forest was as lively as ever. Until one morning, the once roaring river slowed its pace. The animals fled the forest, leaving not a trace behind. That same day, the Seers traveled to the palace with a great prophet. The prophet told of a strange disaster coming soon, but the Queens disregarded the warning.

Slowly the forest started to fall. Soon there'd be nothing left. With great despair, the clan had to move. With belongings packed and hatchlings secured, the great migration had begun. The destination was the Dragonhome, a pleasant desert-like terrain. Halfway through the journey, most dragons were getting tired. The clan stopped by the Murkbarrow Close to rest.

When the time came to start again, only a few dragons woke. The others were nowhere in sight, just a few oddly shaped boulders. Hold on, there shouldn't be boulders in the Tangled Wood. Looking closer at the stones, it seems they're... dragons? Looks like the foretold disaster has struck, the Queens' Guard, villagers, and even the Queens have turned to stone.

The awakened dragons decided it's best to continue the journey with the new 'statues' they've obtained. Perhaps the Terraclae is a good place to stay. Now without a leader, what remains of the Unnamed Clan must start over and create order within the new clan. It's what the Queens would have wanted. Before repopulating, a name was needed. With a simple voting system, and some rather uncreative dragons, the Clan of Curses was born.
