I'm still in the 10k range from December xD
TOPIC | How well do you stock your food?
I always keep my food stores (converted) around the 55k range.
Yes, I know it sounds weird considering I have around 50 dragons. I suppose I have a hoarding issue, but oh well! I've been scavenging like crazy recently due to my 4 egg quests.
*sighs*
Well, I suppose it'll last me for a while. I'll just keep scavenging! *shrug*
Just keepswimming scavenging....

I convert when I need it, but sometimes I get lazy and stop feeding instead of converting XD

I try keeping everything above 2k so I don't have to constantly worry about converting food. If I ever run out I just go to the coli, get a few stacks of each food type, and then convert whatever my dragons eat most (mainly insects and meat).
When I'm high on food I convert meat and insects and sell plants and seafood, since my dragons don't eat those foods much.

insects and meat are at 7k, seafood at 5k, plants at 1.5k because i have basically 0 plant eaters :p
my lair's small enough that i can get away with going a loooong time without converting. occasionally i do it just for peace of mind but at this point it's not something i'll need to worry about for...what, a few months?
