@Azimyth I agree, the stories are quite likely to be running concurrently in different Elemental Realms, in Temper Temper you have magma erupting into the ocean forming new lands and in Ten Eyes the Crystal mountain also are being pushed up by some unknown force. Meanwhile perhaps Wemba and Trendal are on their expedition in the Ice lands...
