It is a collection of white-stone buildings with domed arcane-crystal roofs, surrounding a central courtyard that can be landed in. For this event, there is a wooden temporary hut in the courtyard with a warm fire and some cushions and blankets inside, that Sparkus is manning for the trick-or-treaters.
