Stonewatch Harpy seems to be bugged. I was trying to grind there and cannot get them to drop festival currency at all. My understanding is that festival currency should have a drop rate of 40% from an enemy of the correct element, and so decided to keep track of 20 Stonewatch Harpy encounters. 21 harpies were encountered (last two as a pair with something else) and still no currency. In this time, 5 Dodos (neutral element) were fought, and dropped 1 currency; which is consistent with the 25% drop rate for neutral element.
The odds of this happening by chance are something like 0.00002. Can anyone else confirm seeing this happen?
