Glorious Tidelord:
I am truly happy with my new home, I even have a wondrous mate to share a nest with. My only wish is to find a scroll of shimmer, that I may pass it on to my young.
Thank you
A little Fae fluttered in, licking away at a cone of sea salt-sprinkled ice cream. When she heard there were wishes being granted, she fully expected there to be a fountain where you dropped a few coins in...but it was just a box. Maybe the Tidelord preferred his water to be clean and coin-free.
She scrawled a message on a piece of parchment and stuffed it into the nearly-full box. Whew, the Tidelord would sure be busy with all this! She decided to also stuff in a few coins to help the more expensive wishes come true.

Mister Tidelord,
I don't really need or want anything! I hope you find a good home for that baby Coatl, though. Glub glub!

Your heart belongs to the wind, ever changing, and ever shifting.
If wishes were fishes, Tidelord would have, like, all the wishes.

A young imperial approaches. His gait is that of a hatchling, newly matured, with a clumsy gait and hesitant steps; regardless, he takes a scrap of parchment and composes his request.
Sir Tidelord,
I have recently met my match, Alina. Her wits are as sharp as a blade and she is as fair as the new moon. Someday soon, we hope to have our own clutch of eggs. My only regret, however, is that our children will fail to show the beautiful circuit streaks that adorns the scales of my Alina. It is with a hopeful heart, then, that I ask of you, Your Grace, for a scroll of circuit markings for myself.
Many thanks,
Mal

Two dragons of the same color move lithely among the festival-goers. Their eyes glitter with a sort of otherness, and their steps do not hold the grace of their Wind Flight lairmates. Rather, they move with almost mechanical precision, every move planned. They do not speak- whether they hold the capability for it is unknown. They are not unintelligent, and yet... They do not seem draconic. The male settles onto his haunches noiselessly, as the female, who appears to be the friendlier of the two, grasps the parchment and a quill.

Lord and King of the Seas,
We require a ridgeback scroll each, underbelly scroll each, an iridescent scroll, and a shimmer scroll. It is impossible to gain all at this time. Any of the above items, or Treasure for the purchasing of such items at a later date, will be helpful.
[there is no signed name. Rather, a scratched "01" is what takes up the majority of the bottom of the page.]
They leave as suddenly as they came, the only indication of their presence a scroll tied neatly with a red ribbon, left on the ground, and a soft glub glub, where their tails swished behind them.
