You're still on high alert and rattled by the maren attempting to kill you earlier. It's good that she gave up on that particular quest and let you live to, hopefully, see another day. Instead of helping with the the puzzle, everyone encouraged you to rest and take it easy. You deserved it.
Before long, a dragon named Arcas alerts everyone that he has solved it.

What is it with creepy passageways and cheesy riddles? Bring back a simple lock and key to open a door. No one seems to be in a rush to go through the passageway. A few members of the group voice some concerns.

For some reason, despite your protests, a majority of the group decides to stay at the waterfall. These dragons have never watched a single true crime documentary in their lives. It's always best to keep moving. Of course, no one wades too deeply into the water. Everyone remains safely on shore or only has enough courage to dip their toes into the water's edge. You sigh and lean back onto the sand. A quick nap never hurt anyone....[/columns]

[columns]Once again, you're nudged awake far too quickly. Before your friend from earlier can say anything, you say, "Right, we have to go before the sun sets." They nod. Everyone has started to congregate at the pool's edge that's closest to the falls. How are you supposed to get to the door? Hmmm. You're about to vocalize the question that must be on everyone's mind when one of the dragons that's leaning against one of the boulders loses their balance and unintentionally knocks a dragon next to them into one of the smaller boulders. This shove causes the dragon to hit some sort of lever? Activator?
The ground shakes as the waterfall stops and a stone passageway opens up. The riddle that Arcas solved earlier glows faintly where its etched above the walkway. Finally, the stones stop moving and everything settles again. There's a pause and then a gust of air that comes out of the dark passage as if it hasn't been used in a long time, and is exhaling a deep breath. You get on your tip toes (claws?), and look to see if there's anything obvious in the passage. Are those crystals? What are the odds that Marshall has you out here almost dying for crystals? Now, the daunting tasks is, who goes first?

An Imperial named Durga rushes forward and runs through the open passage,...and she's safe on the other side. She turns back and says, "Hey, it's now or never, right? Your heart is pure with good intentions or it's not. I don't want the treasure, I just want to go home."

You look back to notice that there were still quite a few dragons that needed to cross over. They need to move faster, the sun is quickly disappearing. You know that the maren was not exaggerating about needing to be on this side of the doorway or firmly on the shore away from the water.

[color= 013A20] Oofda, it's late. I'm wiped. I need more than 24 hours in a day, haha. I had/have to change my plans for the story to get back on the schedule. I never really know how long this lasts, but we're slated to end on Sunday. :D I'll update the topic when I have more time (adding the chapter links and updating the guest list).
Tomorrow's chapter will have lots of choices! There will be a google form. You can be selfish and pick whatever your heart desires even if it messes things up for others. Will Marshall and Sabine come back tomorrow?? Nel?? What about the Foos...tune in tomorrow for more.

It's cold, so cold. Something had grabbed onto her legs, dragging her into the frigid waters. She tried using a knife to cut at the tentacles grasping her, yet it didn't work, only cutting herself instead.
She never fought anything underwater, the density of it making her movements awfully slow.

She turned her bag inside out, hoping to find something useful. Still, nothing seemed to work. And what about the dragon with the journal? She promised to update it. [i]I need to send a sign them.[/i]
Thankfully, she felt something familiar, her extra journal just in case she needed it. With all her might, Tsuki threw it out of the water, landing next to the passageway, wide open:
I'm Tsuki. If you're reading this, it means that I have said goodnight. I apologize that I wasn't of much use, I truly wish that I had helped others more often. And one more thing, I'm an assassin, some of my belongings might be near this journal. You may use them as you wish to protect yourself and the others. [emoji=crescent moon 2 size=1]
