"Little stacks of coins clinking together because you've got too many to stay in one pile, yes? Soze grins at you, clearly delighted at the thought, but then her grin turns quickly sheepish and her front paws wring together. "Buuut... there is a small catch. To start the system going it needs coins funneled into the machine, and that's where you come in. I can't pour coins into all the machines at once... so I need dragon paws and treasure. You'll help, right?"[/columns] She pauses, clearly waiting for your agreement, but frowns at your continued reticence. "I suppose you're wondering what's in it for you? I mean, apart from the glorious clinking-chinking sound of coinage on the move? Humph. I suppose I could be persuaded to put some small prizes inside the machines too. What with it being Thundercrack, and everything. But I make no promises on the values of the items... Consider it a gamble." She glances over her shoulder at the Obelisk, Grave, and nods to herself. "Yes. Prizes. A gamble. Something to win. That would encourage... more coins, yes? That's such a good idea!" Jumping up excitedly, she begins heading towards the back of the Lightning Farm, calling over her shoulder as she goes. "Just head on over and speak to Grave! I'll go rummage through my hoard in the meantime!"

The Lightning Farm is an impressive array of rods and spires drawing bolts of blue electricity down from the sky to power... well, who knows what kinds of machines Lightning Flight have tucked away.

But as you approach the ridges of rock, draped in wires and cables that mark the area known as "Wiretangle Walk," the jungle of coppery vines sparking with power, you can see that a pair of dragons have set up some sort of event around the base of the furthest plateau.

Before you can study the games more thoroughly, a sleek looking copper Sandsurge approachs, sliding through the sand before skidding to a stop in front of you.

@/Qoris [columns]Grave gladly takes your coin, gently and with a fire in her eyes as she knows- you're taking the jump! You're unafraid of a little risk! She respects that, and with an affirmative nod, she plops your coins into the machine. The coins rattle as they slide into the slots, glittering as they fall and tumble through the machine. It doesn't escape either your or Graves notice that Soze is absolutely staring in wonderment at the site. As the coins reach the bottom, the constantly moving sliders push them into the gathered pile. The coins at the front shift and rattle and seem to levitate over the edge of the drop... but nothing moves. "Hmph, that's unfortunate," Grave mumbles, but quickly shakes it off- there's more coins you supplied, after all! Maybe those will hit. She gives you a determined, encouraging smile. You slide the treasure into the slot carefully, and Soze, who had been a bit further away is now leaning forward, their snout inches from the glass as they watch the disks tumble and fall. One would almost think Grave had you drop the two coin sets separately so the sandsurge could get their extra kicks in from watching more treasure fall. They coins reach the bottom of the drop with a rattle, not quite where you'd been aiming for but close enough and as the constantly moving pushers shift your treasure forward, it causes a chain reaction, pushing other coins out of the way and overbalancing the treasure resting on the front edge. Grave seems to be buzzing with excitement now too, eyes fixed on the teetering coin until it tumbles and falls with the tinkling sound that only metal-on-metal can make. She gives an appreciative roar, clapping her claws together.

"You got some of your treasure back! Good try, maybe you can give it another go!" she suggests.

Grave gladly takes your coin, gently and with a fire in her eyes as she knows- you're taking the jump! You're unafraid of a little risk! She respects that, and with an affirmative nod, she plops your coins into the machine.

There's a wrapped prize on the edge of the coin pile. Sitting right at the front, and whereas Soze doesn't seem interested in seeing if you'll win it, Grave is absolutely rapt with attention. As the coins enter the machine, and tumble down the front Soze laughs softly with delight. You drop your coins carefully, watching the machine slide and push the disks into others. Watching as the piles of treasure shift and shudder, carrying your prize further over the edge until, suddenly, with a loud clatter, it tumbles and falls out of the front of the machine startling you and Soze equally.

Then, with a roar and small leap, Grave is clapping her claws together for you.

"Oh! Well done!" she exclaims happily, picking up the bundle where it had dropped at your feet and handing it to you with a toothy grin. "I knew you could do it! You never quite know what you might get, but remember, the more you try the more chances you have to succeed! I'm sure you can win again!
