Glitched Dragons (or Glitch shifters) are basically Aqua shifters, as they can shapeshift. Only Dragons that are touched by Parivir can shapeshift, evident by their Circut or Vein (if they are ancient dragons).

Worriedly shaking out his wings at the new markings and eyes he began again, pulling at his mantle to look down to the eyes on his neck.
"Projector?- Is there a way to fix this? I really don't care for being able to see my tail without looking behind me."
