I made her genes based completely around being hypnotizing, then I realized that while yes the girl is sly and cunning, you can't really tell until you know her better. With that in mind, I changed everything and picked a Pearlcatcher, a female dragon known for looking sad and hopeful. To me depending on the colors she can look sad and gentle, or she can also look sly, looking up to the sky as her plans fulfill themselves. In my mind, she can either look so sweet and pretty, but she can also be terrifying. Loved this song so much, hope you like her!
