Dragons here are influenced by the culture of Fire and Ice.
Cold passion, brutal/savage efficiency, meticulous planning, and cruelty are common themes among dragons.
The Queen of the clan is an enigmatic and dangerous dragon, with an army of zombies at her disposal.
The Queen's ghouls and warlocks wander the streets, what they see, she sees, what they hear, she hears. Dragons are warned to not talk negatively about her majesty around them.
