I am completely open to changing this, if any other lineage projects would like to affiliate! [*]One hatchling (and only one) per nest will be eligible to be a part of lineage projects. [*]Each line will have its own logo. If a dragon does not have the lineage logo, it is not a part of the lineage project. [*]Hatchlings that are part of the lineage project will always be free. They are the fastest and boldest flyers, never shying from stormy skies or windy days. They do have a penchant for mischief that gets them intro trouble more often than not, but they’re plenty clever enough to weasel their way back out of it (most of the time). They don’t have a particularly strict sense of morality and they have no qualms about playing dirty if it looks like they’re losing a fight. They are stubborn and strong-willed, and once they have a goal in sight, they will not let anything, or anyone, stand in their way. Unfortunately, this sometimes leads to them developing tunnel vision about certain issues and they may overlook the bigger picture in an attempt to fix a smaller issue. They always stand up for what they feel is right and are not above playing the vigilante if they deem it necessary. They don’t trust often or easily, but they are fiercely protective of the few they do. They are not elegant fighters, but they are efficient, focused, and accurate. Scorching summer days are their favourite. They hate the cold more than anything and more than a few of these dragons are a bit afraid of the dark (although they’ll never willingly admit it). They thrive under pressure and are capable of making split-second decisions under any circumstances. They are adaptable, but just stubborn enough that they usually end up getting their way—the fact that they’re expert negotiators certainly doesn’t hurt, either. These dragons are observant and smart, and they have an innate talent for manipulating others into sharing their opinions and beliefs. They are infinitely more comfortable composing ballads or writing plays than they are in a battlefield, and their clans are grateful for their distaste for bloodshed. They are not good warriors or hunters. They’re crafty enough to get by if they have to, but they’re just as likely to hit themselves as they are an enemy in a fight. They are the clan’s healers and caretakers, no more suited to wage war than an Undergrowth Shovelsnout is to fly. They enjoy the thrill of the hunt…a bit too much, by their clanmates’ accounts. They are always the first to suggest attack when discussing problems with other clans and are inordinately excited if words fall short and physical altercations do break out. Their training sessions are as brutal as everything else about them. Very few dragons outside of their line are willing to participate in practice fights with them; they do not hold back, claws and fangs remain out and in full effect, regardless of the age and experience of their sparring partners. They are, however, some of the most loyal dragons in any realm. They will fight to death a hundred times over before letting any harm befall those that they love.
