I'm not an oldie by any means (joined in early 2021), but I love the "old" style FR dragons. There's something nostalgic about it even for me. Tiger for one is one of my absolute favourite genes even though I feel like most people think of it as outdated compared to what we have now.
My beloved Little Prince dragon is iri/shim/circuit, I loved that he had such a classic gene combo when I got him c:

When I first started (also 9 years ago), I was in love with Iri/Shim Caribbean, as well as female Imperials. It was my favorite at the time, and I thought Smoke was a really elegant gene. Years (and a loooooong hiatus) later, I'm deep into collecting G2 Imps, and I have a small desire to get an Imp that has all the OG colors. When this lady turned up, I had to have her. She was my original favorite color, and Seafoam is a huge favorite of mine now.
