Lately I've been thinking on how I'm so nervous about picking genes for ALL of my dragons ALL of the time, and I've decided that some of mine would just... Stay basic. B')
So, show me your basic dragons!! No need to be fully basic, either. Just a dragon you looked and was like "man, this G1 is so pretty but his third is AWFUL. you know what? basic."
For my lore, I chose my deities to stay all basic genes... because of reasons. (I don't have one, shh.)

The gray belly you get with a black basic primary mimics the look of her black cloak and gray bodysuit really nicely, and her secondary doesn't need a gene to complete the look with her cape! Throw in Multi-Gaze for the eye-like decorations on her outfit and Spines for some edge and she's perfect imo

This is my random progen, who will probably remain triple Basic for forever. I've tried scrying him, and the thing is, he is completely workable. He has great colors! But I can't do it. To me, he just looks best as he is~.
