Jilrog is probably my most evil with no redeeming qualities. Very happy to twist dragons into carriers of his own personality bending contagion strains.

I saw the mucous gene of his as strands of congealed blood won't ever be washed off. That's basically were the idea came from, also explains why he's naked lol.
I know it doesn't really fit into FR lore as these dragons are supposed to be capable of higher thought, but when I look into those eyes I just can't see a flicker of intelligence in them.
