I joined FR in April 2022 and therefore wasn't here yet, when Aberrations were released, but shorty after I've discovered all the dragon breeds here, they became my favorite one.
I have many, TOO MANY to post them all, so I'll go with my favorites (even though it will be hard to pick, since I love all my babies)
Two heads are better than one, but three heads are better than two.
The Maras sisters are a reverence to a game I've played long time ago. I don't know if I would consider them a fandragon, but it's where I took the inspiritation for the name from.
Another three headed one.
Swiadek is the guard dog of my liar's treasure and gem chamber. He loves peanut butter cookies and might let you sneak past him, if you bring him some, but shhhhh... that's a secret of course.
Ameva is the dragon you wanna go to, if you need relationship advice.
She also has the power to end a relationship or make it last forever, if you pay her... with blood.
Tomb likes to roam any kind of burial ground and will jumpscare anyone putting their foot into these places.
It's a lot of fun for him, but not that much for others :'D
He was also the main inspirition for me to create the skin he's wearing.
Barl is one of my latest additions and I haven't had the time to create some lore for him yet.
He's an earth dragon and loves rainy days and mudd.
To me he's one of the prettiest Abbys I've seen so far <3
My swamp witch Wyrmwood.
You need herbs? You're interested in some homebrewed potions or poison? Or you wanna have someone to be turned into an earth worm or toad?
She'll be more than happy to help out!
Catarrh is... special.
I actually got talked into adopting him by my dear friend @
Ayvaire. She was sitting in my kitchen, while I was browsing the AH for fun and ended up finding him
.
He was still a baby back then and the whole conversation kinda went like:
"Omg, look at this one I just found. He looks like he's covered in snot"
"Yeah, adopt him."
"No, he's gross."
"Yeah he is and you know you want him. YOU WANT HIM!"
Funny enough he became one of my favs, especially since he's been wearing that accent. Makes him even worse looking <3
Catastrophe pretty much lives up to her name. She's basically a symbol for the tradigy that's happened between the Plague and the Nature flight.
Again it was @
Ayvaire who kinda made me adopt this one, because she's the artist of the accent. When I got a copy I spent days on looking for a fitting dragon for it.
Naalas resembles a spotted hyena, my favorite animals.
Like most spotted hyena females, she's strong and not afraid to fight others.
She's also watching over Lich and makes sure, he's not getting into (too much) trouble, which might be one of the hardest tasks to accomplish.
So Lich is one of my permas and a real troublemaker. Always willing to pick up a fight with anyone. Loves to bite and will try to eat everything (no matter if it's edible or not). He tends to throw tiny Abby tantrums when things don't go his way.
For some reason Naalas got the patience and motivation to raise this kid and he somewhat listens to her word.
What happens if you abandon a plushie you once loved? What if you put it into a box hiding in the attic, because you've grown too old to be interested in it?
Chucky might be the answer. A Veilspun plush named Annabelle, who was tossed away (also living in my lair) became his play mate and best friend.
