i'm afraid the tertiary doesn't quite fit the colour requirements since it doesn't complement or contrast the primary/secondary [emoji=nocturne confused size=1] if it were a similar blue/green/turquoise as the accent colours or a stark orange/red then it would work though!
also! the tide/foam/sailfin combo would technically qualify it as a venapora if it met the colour requirements :0

invikta! Neither qualifies for registry themselves due to their eye colors, but I've made a breeding pair that will make Water-eyed Venapora that can be registered.
Would there be a way to have a breeding pair registered? It's totally fine if not!
I also have a hatchery I'll be selling their babies through, so I'd be fine just being affiliates ^-^
I plan on making some pairs for actual Vorapora, but that'll be after I finish my current projects list!
