I like the white around the belly on the Spiffy Dress Shirt, but-

yeah, i was gonna vote for spiffy until you mentioned the darker sleeves - i think they elevate the design as it gives great contrast to the thorn pieces. therefore i vote for sinister!

oh wow this one's hard.. While I agree that the rose looks better when they're visible, I myself prefer how the white line with Spiffy ties all of the outfit together - so Spiffy for me!
